Nicolette has styled everything from Luxury photo shoots to curating everyday wardrobes. Her extensive knowledge of the fashion industry has been prevalent throughout her education as well as previous projects. 

A Southern California girl moved to Boca Raton, Florida to begin her education as a Communications Major. Realizing that there was a driving force missing in her professional life, she moved to New York City to start her Fashion Based career. While in New York, Nicolette worked as a stylist for a Fine Jewelry Line. She curated and styled a Bergdorf Goodman Showroom of Home Décor as well as the Fine Jewelry selection. Her Junior year brought her to London. While in London, Nicolette’s internship focused on creating Brand Image & Identity for a Fashion Marketing Start-up. Clients included White & Warren, Zara, Smallable, and many other European based brands.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree, she continued with a focus on Fashion. Nicolette studied at Regent’s University in London, England to receive her Master’s Degree in International Fashion Marketing. During her studies, she worked at the Luxury Atelier of Julien Macdonald. Nicolette ran Julien’s PR & marketing department as well as liasing with a sister PR company to plan and execute his London Fashion Week Show. Nicolette also was the director of VIP & Celebrity clientele, creating custom Haute Couture looks as well as Ready to Wear. She was able to work with some of the most famous British “It- Girls”. Think Rita Ora, Kate Moss, Maya Jana, and Alexa Chung.

After receiving her Master’s degree she went back to her roots and landed back in Los Angeles. Nicolette joined HONORINE at a pivotal moment, transforming an unrecognizable label into a thriving direct-to-consumer business surpassing $1M in revenue within a year. Her creative direction became synonymous with the brand’s identity—leading every seasonal campaign while influencing design through sharp trend forecasting in color and silhouette. She built and managed the e-commerce platform end-to-end and owned marketing from concept through execution. As the brand gained momentum, Nicolette drove wholesale expansion, securing partnerships with Net-A-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and a network of influential boutiques worldwide.

Following the brand’s strategic shift, Nicolette transitioned to Jill Roberts Boutique, where she now leads vendor relations, budgeting, merchandising, customer experience, and creative direction across all brand touchpoints. Within her first year, she drove a 150% increase in both in-store and online sales, redefining the boutique’s growth trajectory.
